MANKATO, Minn. – Mark Feldstein, former CNN and ABC investigative correspondent, is speaking at Media Day at MNSU, Mankato on Tuesday, April 16.

Feldstein’s presentation is titled, “Poisoning the Press: The Media and Washington’s Scandal Culture.” It is based off of his 2010 award winning book,  Poisoning the Press: Richard Nixon, Jack Anderson, and the Rise of Washington’s Scandal Culture. 

The annual Media Day celebration will begin with a scholarship reception at 3 p.m. in CSU 253-5. Feldstein will address members of the Society of Professional Journalists and others interested in a career in journalism in the same room from 4-5 p.m. Feldstein will speak in Ostrander Auditorium at 7 p.m.

The event is free of charge and open to the public.  It was made possible by a grant from the Nadine B. Andreas Foundation.
